Ordering Process
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
We offer standard shipping for every order. Currently we are shipping to European Union, for international shipping inquiries please reach out to sabaifightwear@outlook.com.
Delays & Return Policy
Understand our return policy guidelines, including eligibility criteria and steps to initiate a return. If your tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered but you have not yet received it, we recommend waiting 48 hours. If you have still not received your order, please contact sabaifightwear@outlook.com. Please select a secure shipping location for your order. Sabai Fightwear cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery, Sabai Fightwear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as inclement weather, carrier service disruptions, or customs delays. We want you to feel great in your SABAI gear. If it’s not the right fit or just not what you expected, you have 14 days from receiving your order to send it back. Please make sure items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive your gear, we’ll refund you within 14 days.
Product Care
Discover tips and recommendations on how to care for your fightwear to maintain its quality and longevity. To keep your SABAI gear performing at its best, wash it cold (30°C max) and turn it inside out before putting it in the machine. Use a gentle cycle and avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and tumble drying — they weaken the fabric and damage the prints. Let it air-dry in the shade to preserve color and softness. If ironing is needed, use low heat and never press directly on the logos. Take care of it, and it will stay with you for a long time.
